Join us for an in-person Gestalt process, an opportunity to explore yourself and others through experiential practice and presence in the here and now. Past participants describe the experience as one of growth, awareness, humor, and deep connection. Come with curiosity and a desire to understand yourself and others. Expect an engaging, supportive environment that encourages ownership, self-acceptance, and authentic contact.
